A: Actually menuItems and tmenuItems have a different structure.

We don't have such converter yet. You can try to change your menuItems in any text editor. I suppose it will be easier to convert items in editor than in Deluxe Tuner.

Q: I have to find out, how the tree view navigation is NOT expanding in the beginning..

A: You should set the following parameter:

  var texpanded=0;

Use + signs before items text to expand the some items:

Q: I'm trying to have two separate menus on my web page. I read what was written in your FAQs about multiple menus, but the response was too cryptic.

It seems to me that if the dmWorkPath for each menu is declared separately, then the menus should work separately (with no interaction). I did not find this to be the case.

Do you have more complete information about creating multiple menus on one page? I would like to understand the issues.


A: David, if you want to create multiple menus on one page you should only call several data.js files with the menu.

For example you can see templates.html. You can find this file in the trial package.

Q: I would like to use your menu for a website I am building of which will only exists on a CD ROM.

Is it possible to purchase a license that will operate the html drop down menu on a CD ROM preventing the ‘Incorrect license’ message from appearing?

A: To use JavaScript Tree Menu on CD/DVD you should buy developerlicense. Other licenses allow you to use the html drop down menu on Internet/Intranetwebsites only.
