I don't know what's happenning I followed the instructions that you describe in your installation process. I'm using the menu in a jsp page.
A: Now on your page you have only search engine friendly code for JavaScript Tree Menu. You do not have menu.

You should paste also such lines, for example:
<script type="text/javascript" src="deluxe-menu.files/dmenu.js"></script>
and
<script type="text/javascript" src="deluxe-menu.files/data.js"></script>
Where data.js is the file with your menu. You can create such file using Deluxe Tuner.
You should upload this files on your server in the correct place.
Q: Does your product generate the page code or is t a dll I have to use? Reason I ask is because we store our menu stuff with image references in a db. If your product outputs code for the menu, then I can use that and in my own code I can place/substitute values and work with it from there.
A: We have an .exe file - Deluxe tuner.
It generates .js files with menu parameters.
You can also export your menu to .html file.
You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so, you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Also, I am still requiring a long delay to keep the pop-up window open from loading as the page loads. Script reads:

A: Delete 'openAfter=' at all from deluxePopupWindow.attachToEventfunction (in all files):

I've just checked it. There is no nag message in Firefox in that case.But notice that you won't have nag message on your website only. On alocal machine you'll have nag message.
Q: I would like to know does deluxe menu support Unicode characters? I have enter some Chinese texts through deluxe tuner and I can preview those Chinese text in deluxe tuner preview panel. I have chose "use utf8 encode"already. However after I saved the .js file, the js file encode become ANSI and those Chinese texts in the js file become ?????. Can deluxe tuner autosave the file to UTF8 encode?
A: Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".
When you save your data file in UTF8 you should use the same encoding on our html page.
So you should write:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manuallychange your letters in any text editor.
