Q: We are using your menu in a website here under development:
There is a problem with mac browsers - safari and firefox. The flash stops and goes blank when the html menu dropsdown.
We have tried numerous fixed including the one outlined on your website here:

A: Now you hide your flash on MAC using the following function:

Try to delete this function, try to set the following parameter also:

This works great and displays with the animation in IE and also using FireFox V2 with IE tabs.. However, in basic FireFox and Safari, the javascript menus display but without the swirling animation. Pls advise !!
A: Filters and transitional effects are features of Internet Explorer5.5+ only.

Q: Is it possible that a menuitem of the js dropdown menu stays highlighted after clicking and loading the new html site?
A: The menu has only two states normal and mouseover. We'll try to add the pressed state in the future.
You can set a pressed item using Javascript API:
function dm_ext_setPressedItem (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, recursion)
Sets a current pressed item.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
submenuInd - index of a submenu, >= 0.
itemInd - index of an item, >=0.
recursion = true/false - highlight parent items.
But notice, to use dm_ext_setPressedItem() you should know ID of selected item and subitem.
You can't get this ID after you reload your page. That is why you should write your own code on PHP.
You can also set the correct
var pressedItem=1;
parameter on each html page.
Q: When using javascript tabbed menu, where do I place the text content related to the selected tab, (the text presented on the rest of the screen under the tab)? And who do I connect a specfic text to a certain tab?
A: See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters). You should set var tabMode=0;
