Q: Just wondering if it's possible to have the sub menu of my collapsible dhtml menu that appear when the "+" is clicked stay open when another page loads. I tried downloading the trial version & can't get that to happen.
Click on "web development" and then "web design portfolio" - when the new page loads the menu closes. Is it possible to have it remember which sub menus were showing when the new page loads?
A: Javascript/DHTML Tree has save state feature. You should set the followingparameter:
var tsaveState=1;
Q: I am using collapsible javascript menu. In the menu are some links to pdf-files.
On clicking them, a new window opens and the pdf is shown.
But to download the file, the right mouse click is necessary, but the field with save link isn't displayed. Any idea to solve this problem?
A: You can try to write your tmenuItems in the following way:

But you should create correct style for <a> tag.
Q: ["item text", "javascript:your_code_here", ...]
This won't work the java script executes when the link is clicked it is not the link itself.
Below is what I normally use and how would I incorporate that?

A: I'm not sure I understand you.
You can use
NewWindow(this.href,'name','490','400','yes');
code in an item link:
["text", "javascript:NewWindow(url,'name','490','400','yes');"]
But if you don't want that, you can just insert <a> into an item text.
Q: I am trying to make the tabs all the same width and would like to know how to do that. Therefore "Personal", "Account Summary", "Tax Exemptions", "Password", "Invoices", "Quotes", "VOIP" - I need them to all be the EXACT SAME width.

And used this style for some items

["Tax Exemptions","TaxExemptions", "tabs/img/icon_ie.gif", "tabs/img/icon_ie.gif", "tabs/img/icon_ie.gif", "", "0", "", "", ], // style 0
You can use this style for all items in the same way.
You should set the width of your Tabs
var bmenuWidth="770px";
and width for each Tab
var bstyles = [

];
And assign this style for all items.
