Javascript Tree Menu. Expandable Menu.

  • When the submenu is larger than the visible area of the page the submenu will be automatically decreased. Q: When I export the file sometimes the links doesn't work in css tabbed menu


A: See, you can use links if you have
  var tabMode=1;
only.

If you have
  var tabMode=0;

You should use the ID of the DIV.

But you can try to open your pages using different targets in thefollowing way

["tab text", "javascript: window.open('test.html', 'frameName')", ...],
["tab text", "javascript: window.open('http://deluxe-tabs.com/test.html', '_self')", ...],
["tab text", "javascript: window.open('html/test.html', '_blank')", ...],

Where frameName - the name of the frame where to open the page test.html.

Using this method you can create Deluxe Tabs in  var tabMode=0; and   var tabMode=1;


Q: Do the Vista style menus support a separator?
It seems to add some space but the separator line is not drawn.


A: Yes, you can paste a separator in the Vista style menus.

Q: I'm using your javascript onclick menu tabs. What exactly is bselectedSmItem for? I know that bselectedItem is the selected tab, but what is bselectedSmItem?

A: bselectedSmItem is index of the selected subtab.

You should use this javascript onclick menu parameter if you use   var tabMode=1;

If you use   var tabMode=0;
you should set it to:
  var bselectedSmItem=0;




Q: Is it possibly that menu dynamic remembers the last action if I go to previous page?(so the menu stays fault out)
I know TreeMenu does this, but I want to use DeLuxeMenu

A: JavaScript Tree Menu doesn't save state as Javascript/DHTML Tree.

But you can set pressed item on each page with JavaScript Tree Menu using
dm_ext_setPressedItem () funtion.
