I've been looking at the javascript tree source and am a bit worried that the links used will not be recognised by Search Engine robots - do you have any information regarding implementation of your menus so that the links are fully visible to search engines ?
A: You can generate search engine friendly code.
Javascript/DHTML Tree is a search engine friendly menu since v2.4.
To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

...etc.
</div>
To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.
You can find this GUI in the trial package.
Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3).
Q: Question: How do you enable or configure settings so that on default a specific "Tab" is always set to on or shown as the preload tab, I have a eStore page where I would like to insure that a specific Tab is always shown on default and all others are hidden on the first revealing of the page? A: Use the following parameters to set the selected top and submenu items:

Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab aslo.
You can set "bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.
For example, move " var bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.

How can this be resolved?
A: Try to specify units in "px", for example:

It's necessary to specify exact value for Mozilla browsers. It helpsto position menus correctly.
Q: In DHTML Menu, is possible call javascript when click on an item without close the javascript pop up menu ??
I would update a content subitem with ajax when click on a item, but when click the mouse on the item the menu is closed.
I can't use the showByClick property because i use popupMode=1 .

A: In JavaScript Tree Menu you can use the following parameter:
Parameter: smHideOnClick
hides submenus on click
0 - disabled, 1 - enabled.
