Q: We purchased the JavaScript Tree Menu a few months ago and are extremely happy with the product. We have been getting great compliments about our new navigation system.
The menu has over 500 links and functions like a dream! One issue I am having, that I just cannot seem to figure out how to fix, is the following:
Our nav menu is displayed approx. 70 pixels from the top of the browser window. On the drop down links that have a number of items (example 1 in the image below), they display underneath the menu, however on the links that have only a few items, they display above the menu bar in java script as in example 2 in the image below.
How can I set it so that no matter how many drop-down items there are, they always display under the menu bar in java script, not on top?

Q: We recently implemented your deluxe-menu on our site and are experiencing a few issues...
The java menu (slide-out portion) overlaps flash files on certain pages. In explorer, it seems to work fine, but in Safari, the java menu is hidden under the flash file. Is there anything you can think of that would be causing this... or anyway you know to fix it?

The installation of the menu on your page is incorrect.
You have two entries of dmenu.js file on your site in the <head> tag.
You must have only one entry of dmenu.js file.
Please, delete the same code.

Q: I am using the deluxe menu in a cross frame set-up. The sub menu's are to be in the 'MAIN' frame. All works great until I have a php file loaded into the MAIN frame.. the sub menus will load in the parent frame.. where the main drop down menu is..
Click skip intro or wait for the site to appear… you will see the menu down the left side… if you click the second button down you will load a php blog page into the MAIN frame… then hover over the third button down and you will see the problem with the sub menu.. it works fine when other pages are loaded (click Home and then hover over the screenplay button again.
Everything is local (the blog is loaded and running for our server account)
A: Your menu is situated in http://www.domain.com domain andthis content is situated in http://domain.com domain(without www).
Try to use the same domains for the menu and your content.
Q: I have 2 questions about this script I would like to find out before purchasing:
1. Does it support 3rd and 4th level java script navigation menu?
2. How customizable is it style-wise, meaning, I have images I want used for the top level navigation, and background images for the rest. Any way I can achieve this?
A: 1) Yes, you can add as many levels in the java script navigation menu as you want.
2) Actually you can create any java script navigation menu with JavaScript Tree Menu. You can use Individual Styles tocreate your menu. For example:
