Javascript Tree Menu. Expandable Menu.

Use a mouse to move a menu as a usual window.
When the page is scrolled the menu remains visible. The menu can "float" along one or two coordinate axes. After clicking on menu item selected item becomes highlighted.
There can be as many submenus as necessary. Any submenu in its turn can include different number of columns.

You can write your own function based on the following API functions:

function dtreet_ext_showItem (itemID, visibility)
function dtreet_ext_expandItem (itemID, expand)

Q: I need a web navigation bar with a transparent background for the menu and the submenues.

A: You can set the following parameters:

  var menuBackColor="transparent";
  var itemBackColor=["transparent","transparent"];

You can set transparency for submenus using the following parameter:

  var transparency="70";

Q: Can i install and run this on a server running OS X?

A: Yes, you can use JavaScript Tree Menu on Mac OS X.

To create your menu on MAC you can use HTML version of Deluxe Tuner (for MAC OS). You can find it here:

Q: We have been evaluating your menu control.
But we are not able to use PNGFix javascript which is used for transparent PNG image in our down navigation bar. Your menu is transparent but it goes one layes behind. It should come on top of all with transparecy.

A: Unfortunately it is really so. PNGFix javascript won't work.

We'll try to add feature to use transparent PNG images in the next version of JavaScript Tree Menu.
