Q: I would like to know how to put items in on multiple lines for the horizontal navigation
(i.e. create a line feed), how do I tell my code to start a new menuitem on the NEXT line?

A: There are 2 ways to do that:

1) set

  var noWrap=0;

2) use <br> tags, for example:

 ["|Here is where <br>I would like <br>to have a line<br> feed",,"","", "", "", "", "", "", "", "",],
];



Q: Is there a javascript function that I can call that will return the ID or the Text value of the currently checked tab?

A: Unfortunately there is no such a function now.

There are such variables.

dtabs_tabs[menuN].b1 - dtabs_tabs[menuN].selectedItem
dtabs_tabs[menuN].JT0 - dtabs_tabs[menuN].selectedSmItem

But they contain the index of the selected menu item, not the ID.

Q: I'm not getting information when the move the mouse over the dhtml dynamic menu etc., however if use it on a local machine it shows the necessary information in the status bar of my ie7 . . . any ideas ?

A: You should set the following browser setting:

"Tools/Internet Options/Security/"

click "Custom level..." button and enable "Allow status bar updates viascript" in "Scripting" column (almost at the end of the list).

This is IE7 feature. In the other browsers you won't have suchproblem.
