Q: I downloaded a trial version of your software and I did so because your description says it can utilize a database.
I have tried to modify a menu with my database, but with no success.
If you can shed some light on this, I would greatly appreciate it.
Once I can successfully alter a menu with a database, then I will purchase this software.

Q: Does this cross browser menu support only english menus or I can make an english and russian menus as well with deluxe menu multiple license?
A: Actually you can use any language in the cross browser menu.
Check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode" in Deluxe Tuner.
Q: Can we set the link of a java menu item to a javascript method?
A: You can use your own javascript functions in the menu items.
You should paste "javascript:some_function()" into item's link field, for example:

Q: I have setup some tabs on a site that I am designing and for some reason when i click on a tab and it links to another page it automatically highlights the first tab in the row.
I have triedfiddling with it and have not been able to figure it out. Can someone point me in the right direction to have the correct tab selected in the css tab menu after i click it and goto the page.
A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't support API functions which can return theselected tab.
You can set "bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersbased on your link before you call your data file.
For example, move " var bselectedItem" and " var bselectedSmItem" parametersfrom your data file to your code.

You should define seltabs and selsmtabs using server side script.
You can also set it on every page before you call data.js file, forexample:
