Q: I'm testing the trial version and I'm having a little problem with the state saving. Everytime it navigates to another page, it does not save the state, even with
var tsaveState=1;
In fact, it actually opens up a different menu other than the one I originally clicked.
A: See, if you open pages (with menus) from different folder it means that you open different menus. So, when you change a state, for example, of the first menu within "newzap/" folder and then open another page with the menu within "newzap/learn/", browsers looks for another cookie file and can't find it and the second menu stays in a default state.
Try to set different
var tsavePrefix="menu1";
var tsavePrefix="menu2";
var tsavePrefix="menu3";
for different menus.
That should work.
Q: I have placed my horizontal menu in javascript (1003 px width) in a table whose width is 1003px my dropdowns span from extreme left to extreme right (screen shots attached) by default the dropdown is leaving 20 pixels margins on both the ends which disturbs my layout. This happens when my screen resolution is 1024 x 768, when viewed in higher or wide screen monitors this problem does not arise. Please suggest a solution.

A: This is space to document borders. We've set this space, so that yoursubmenus will not look like the part of browser window. If you wantyou can delete that space.
Open engine file for horizontal menu in javascript - dmenu.js - file in any text editor and find the following code:
space=15;
Change 15 to 0.
space=0;
Q: I installed licensed files, entered the key and now the menu appears broken.
You will see under the "Contact Us" image there is a gray line that makes it look broken. I am using IE 6.0.
The line doesn't appear in Firefox. What solution is there to this?
A: The line which you can see on your website is a shadow. You can see it only in IE.
Please see menu parameters, they contains:

Try to write so:

Q: I am currently using your free trial version to see if it will work with an application I am working on. I am having a problem with using it in cross-frames mode when the frame that the sub menu appears in has a vertical scrollbar. Basically I have a header frame and a large content frame below it. The menu itself is appearing in the header frame and the sub menus are dropping down and appearing in the lower frame. There is a vertical scrollbar in the lower (content) frame and when I scroll down, the sub menus get scrolled off the screen. This is because they are being rendered at the very top of the content frame and disappear when the top of the frame is no longer visible due to scrolling. Setting the floatable = 1 attribute does not work because the menu itself is not being scrolled off the screen, just the sub-menu drop down is being scrolled off. Is there anything I can do to make this work with my framed application? Thank you for your time.
A: Unfortunately submenus won't float in cross-frame mode. JavaScript Tree Menudoesn't have such feature now.
