Q: I am currently testing the DHTML Tabs product, and I am trying to find ways of replicating how it is being done in your website at

In your website, when I click on a Tab, the content relevant to that tab appears. I understand that the site is using "div id= " method to control. However, my question is how can I code the DIV to appear in the JS file ?

See, for each item you should assign the ID property of the contentDIV (see data file with your menu parameters).

Q: How do I disable the menu link for the page that is currently being displayed? I don’t the menu item removed, I just want the link to be inactive and possibly a different color.
A: To disable items you should set the target parameter to "_".
Unfortunately, JavaScript Tree Menu doesn't have such a feature.
You should write your own code, for example, on PHP.
You can try to use the following function
function disable() {
dm_ext_changeItem(1, 1, 1, ["", "", "", "", "", "_"]);
}
to disable your items.

Q: We use the state saving feature of your menu on our site. I wanted to know if this implements cookies at all, or how it interacts with visitors to the site. This is only so we can have an accurate privacy policy.
A: Javascript/DHTML Tree saves it's state using cookies.

A: No, unfortunately it is not possible to rebuild the menu without reloading of the page now. We'll add this feature in the next version of the menu.

I have buy this product-collect, and is in touch to implement dynamic 'ajax' menu with php, And the function to reload menu will be very pretty
A: It is not possible to rebuild/reload the menu at once,but you can use our API function to change any menu itemsw/0 page reloading, please see
