Q: I'm having a problem with the new v3.9.2 javascript menu source. The drop-down submenus are now going "up" instead of "down".

I've tried the conversion steps in your email and I have even rebuilt the menu from scratch in v3.9.2. In the JavaScript Tree Menu Preview window, the drop-down sub-menus behave properly - transitioning down below the horizontal menu. But it FireFox3, IE7 and Chrome the submenus appear above the horizontal menu.

Also... the transition effect (24 - Alpha Blend) only appears in IE7 - it is not evident in FireFox3 or in Chrome.

A: Set the following parameter:

Q: How can I have two floating menu under each other using the float option so that do not collide with each other?

A: You can try to adjust the following parameters to the one menu:
  var floatableDX=15;
  var floatableDY=15;

Q: If need to make changes do I need to replace all the files and folder and script in all the web pages? Or are there just one or two files that need to be replaced? Which files or folders?


A: You need to change only your data.js (by default) file. It is thefile with your menu parameters.
Then you should upload this file on your server and may be add somenew images. That is all.

Q: Your product seems to have menus draw only in a fixed 'hardcoded' direction ( opens either left or right )

is it possible to customize so that it is "self-aware" of the client browser window size...

A: You can see your submenus in any case.
They won't drop down out of the browser window.
