Q: I would like to know does deluxe menu support Unicode characters? I have enter some Chinese texts through deluxe tuner and I can preview those Chinese text in deluxe tuner preview panel. I have chose "use utf8 encode"already. However after I saved the .js file, the js file encode become ANSI and those Chinese texts in the js file become ?????. Can deluxe tuner autosave the file to UTF8 encode?
A: Please, check that you've set "Tools/Use utf8 encode".
When you save your data file in UTF8 you should use the same encoding on our html page.
So you should write:
<meta http-equiv="Content-Type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8">
If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manuallychange your letters in any text editor.Q: Do you sell wordpress javascript menus?
A: Actually we're using JavaScript Tree Menu in our WordPress blogs without anyproblems.
You should edit the php template of your theme.
1. Go to Design -> Theme Editor
Open header.php file

2. Upload folder with all menu files on your server
3. Add the following code in the <head> tag:

5. Click 'Update File' button.Q: I bought the software and am very pleased with how it works. I still have one question. When I go to the "Transitional Effects Info" page to get the parameters for the different effects, clicking in the slider menu on the desired effect does not give me any new information on the parameters. Itstays stuck on " var transition=0". Is there another place I can go to view the various parameters for the different effects?

Q: I'm struggling with one last issue on my navigation. When you have a screen resolution about the same size as the site width, when a sub menu pops up, It displays sometimes to the left of the first drop down menu list rather than the left. Is there a way of changing the way this displays if the screen size is smaller than 800px wide or so.
A: If there is no enough room on the right side of your browser windowdrop down menu list submenus will be shown on the left side.
