Q: Hello, I am interesting in purchasing your product, but first I need to know if it is possible to call a JavaScript function from the menu. I have read the FAQ and noted where it lists that you can perform an alert call, and that worked on my end as well, but when I attempted to call a function I created I could not get it to respond. Is it possible to call a function from your menu? Could I get an example?
A: You can write your own functions within menuItems, for example:

Q: What window do I go to in the dhtml menu creater to add the hyperlinks target??? I created menus and submenu but I don't know how to add the hyperlinks to them?
A: You should add links and target in Deluxe Tuner in "ItemParameters" window. See the attached example.To set target for all items you should use the following parameter("Common" section): var itemTarget="_self";

A: To create vertical menu you should set the following parameter:
var isHorizontal=0;
Please, try the trial version at first.
Q: I've now begun to offer my clients multiple levels offunctionality. Is there any way to add another level of complexity to the php drop down menu? Would AJAX Menus be the best approach for doing this?
A: You can do it in three ways now.
1) You can use API functions to generate items dynamically:
function dm_ext_createSubmenu (menuInd, submenuInd, itemInd, iParams)
function dm_ext_addItem (menuInd, submenuInd, iParams)

2) Use AJAX feature and create different .js files depend on company and user level.
3) Generate your menu items dynamically from database.
Unfortunately we don't have working example with ASP.
You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.
However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,
you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:
