Q: We do need the menuitem separation bars as most of the menuitems are quit lengthy, and there needs to be a separation bar to distinguish between them.

A: If you want to add separators between items you can paste a separatorbetween items or you can set item's border width in the following way:

  var itemBorderWidth="0 0 1 0";
But you cannot enter this value in Deluxe Tuner you should set thisparameter manually.
You can also create style for the last item with border width = 0:

  var itemStyles = [

];

Q: I am using collapsible javascript menu. In the menu are some links to pdf-files.
On clicking them, a new window opens and the pdf is shown.
But to download the file, the right mouse click is necessary, but the field with save link isn't displayed. Any idea to solve this problem?


A: You can try to write your tmenuItems in the following way:

But you should create correct style for <a> tag.

Q: Why don't any of the effects work in Firefox? I have built several different types of menus and they don't work the same in firefox as they do in IE. Is there a way to fix this? i.e. adding any html code or anything?


A: Yes, it is really so. Firefox supports only transparency of the menu.
Visual effects work in IE only. other browsers don't support them.
