Q: Currently let us know how can we align the text at the top dropdown menu script so that the text will appear above the horizontal line.

Kindly help us to solve this problem as soon as possible.

A: Unfortunately you cannot set vertical align for items text.But you can try to write your item text in the following way:

  var menuItems = [
["Home<br> ","/index.asp?pgid=1", , , , , "0", , , ],
["About Us<br> ","/index.asp?pgid=2", , , , , "0", , , ],
["Company News<br> ","/index.asp?pgid=3", , , , , "0", , , ],
["Services<br> ","/index.asp?pgid=4", , , , , "0", , , ],
 ["|Custom Publishing","/index.asp?pgid=6", , , , , , , ,],
 ["|On Product Publishing","/index.asp?pgid=7", , , , , , , , ],
 ["|Investment","/index.asp?pgid=10", , , , , , , , ],
["Contact Us<br> ","/index.asp?pgid=5", , , , , "0", ,, ],
];

Q: The menu is very large and I am concerned about load speed.

Does the ajax like technology just load the top tabs and then only the sub menus if they are clicked? I have clicked true and added 5 as there are 5 submenus but it does not seem to make any difference.

What can I do to speed up the javascript onclick menu?

A: Check that you've set the following parameter:

  var dm_writeAll=0;

Q: If there was a way to show the links inside the html code instead of the dhtml menu js files. Shouldwe use an alternative mode as (css Style?)

A: You can move menuItems into html page directly inside <script> ...
</script> tags:
<script>
  var menuItems [
...
];
dm_init();
</script>

You can also use search engine friendly code and install it on yourpage before you call your dhtml menu js file.
You'll see text links in that case.

To create a search engine friendly menu you should add additional html code within your html page:

<div id="dmlinks">
<a href="http://deluxe-menu.com">menu_item_text1</a>
<a href="http://deluxe-tree.com">menu_item_text2</a>
...etc.
</div>

To generate such a code use Deluxe Tuner application.

Run Tuner, load your menu and click Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code (F3)

Q: Can I install the menu using my buttons? I might be able to do it if the buttons used only one image, but they use two images. One is light and the other dark.

I also have some questions:
1) Will the menu stay in view when the user scrolls down?

2) I'm not even sure I care if the menu stays in view, because I believe that is done using php and is not good for SEO. The file that the search engines see is index.html while the file that visitors see is home.php. I think it would be better for SEO to have a normal .html page. Are you able to do that?

A: See how you should make image-based menus: if item text is empty, icon fields will be used as item images.
For example:
["", "index.html", "menu1a.gif", "menu1b.gif", "Home Page"]

1) You should use floatable feature.
See the following parameter:
  var floatable=1;

2) You can generate search engine friendly code using Deluxe Tuner:
"Tools/Generate SE-friendly Code".
