Q: I am now running the newest version, all ok. A new client wants to have submenus openFor the left hand menu navigation that I purchased, can I choose what dhtml tree menus will be expanded or collapsed when the user first comes to the webpage for the first time?

For instance, right now, when the user first goes to the page ALL of the menus are collapsed. If I wanted the first and third tree menus to be expanded and the others to stay collapsed when a new user first went to the page, how would I accomplish that?

A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Use   var texpanded=1; parameter to expand all menu items by default.

Q: Ok I found the problem. When I make   var floatable=0; dhtml flyout menu stays perfectly on the top as before but when I change it to   var floatable=1; then it stays on top when the page loads but moves down when the page fully loads.


A: There are additional parameters for floatable feature in v3.2 now.
You can find them in Deluxe Tuner.

Try to write:
  var floatableDX=0;
  var floatableDY=0;

These parameters set minimal space for widow border.

Q: I worked up some menus on my local machine and they work fine I want to push them to my server.
When I do, I don't see the menu that I saw on my local machine.
Instead, I see a hypertext link with a word that I used in one menu. What could be wrong?
Do I have to chmod the JS file? Do I have it mapped wrong. Is it because I am using a demo version?


A: Demo version of the menu has full functionality.
I can't find the call of dmenu.js file on deluxe-menu.htm and dmenu.js file in the "deluxe-menu_files" folder.
Please, upload this file on your server.

Q: I appreciated your prompt response.  However, if I set the exact height for easy tabs content, certain tab's content will not show up fully.  We need to have every tab has different height in this site.  Do you know why IE 7 doesn't behavior properly but IE 6 does?  Can you provide a work around for me ASAP?

A: In that case you should delete height parameter at all from yourstyles.
