Q: I have been using the trial deluxe menu with the deluxe tuner tocreate a menu and have run into a problem.
The menu is based on the following template:
Vista Styles (Part 2) Vista Style 1.
When I saved the menu file to put into an html file I followedthe instructions on the screen to save all the files to the folderwhere I wanted the menu to appear in an html., and then followedthe instructions to paste the menu into the html file where Iwanted the menu to appear.
It is not working. It seems as though something is left out ofthe code, or perhaps not all the necessary files are being copied.The menu appears perfectly in the deluxe tuner preview screen, butnot when I try to save it and use it elsewhere.
I have included all the files, including the instructions thatcame up when I saved the menu, in the attached zip file and wonderif you might take a look at it and tell me what I am doing wrong and/or leaving out.

A: Your menu works fine.
But you should paste
btn_blue2.gif
btn_blue.gif
into "data-NINnew.files" folder.
Q: I have spanish characters that are not showing up in my menus correctly.
My array has this:
["|México","#", "", "", , , "7", , ],
buy in the drop downs it appears as M?xico
I read in the FAQ about displaying Norwegian characters

so I tried this:
but that did nothing.
I have the charset on the page set properly and the letters appear properly everyone else, only incorrect in the menus.
A: You should write your Spanish characters in the following way:
["|México","#", "", "", , , "7", , ],
Try that.
Q: Why do I get the "Incorrect Copyright" message in Internet Explorer 7. I am using JavaScript Tree Menu version 1.14. Shouldn't this support IE5+, including IE7?

Do I really need to buy an upgrade for each new browser release when I don't need any of the new features in JavaScript Tree Menu???

JavaScript Tree Menu v1.14 works with "Incorrect Copyright" message in IE7. Youshould upgrade to JavaScript Tree Menu v2.0.
The upgrade is free for existing customers.

Q: I appreciated your prompt response. However, if I set the exact height for easy tabs content, certain tab's content will not show up fully. We need to have every tab has different height in this site. Do you know why IE 7 doesn't behavior properly but IE 6 does? Can you provide a work around for me ASAP?
A: In that case you should delete height parameter at all from yourstyles.
