Q: I am having a problem creating a submenu. I did not get any js errors but nothing happens.
What I have found is that even when I have dynamic=1;
I was getting an error saying object expected so I added the dmenu_dyn.js manually (i.e. <scripttype="text/javascript"src="../../Javascript/menu/dmenu_dyn.js"></script>) but now get no errors but no submenu is created.
Do I have to add all the js files in the menu folder manually as I thought it was just
<scripttype="text/javascript"src="../../Javascript/menu/dmenu.js"></script>
that was needed.
All, I am trying to add a submenu under the challenge topmenu.
function addChallengeItems(){
dm_ext_createSubmenu(0, 0, 3, ['Buy JavaScript Tree Menu Now!', "order-deluxe-menu-purchase.html", "", "", "Buy JavaScript Tree Menu Now!", "_blank"]);
}
And then a href that calls addChallengeItems()

A: There is no need to add all engine files into your menu folder.
You can add only
dmenu.js
dmenu_dyn.js

Please delete also the following line from your code
<script type="text/javascript"src="../../Javascript/menu/dmenu_dyn.js"></script>

Q: Thank you for your prompt replay- the menu now works! However, the multi level dhtml menu takes forever to load up as demonstrated on our website. I was wondering whether there was any possible way of getting it to load up faster.
A: I have noticed no delays in the menu loading.
But your menu is big enough. You can try to us AJAX technology.

Q: I tried the following for subitem and it worked but not working with the "Title item" (Group or header item), is there a way to process onclick for the title item? Thanks again.
You're able to use Javascript for each item, for example:
var tmenuitems = [
["item text", "javascript:your_code_here"]
];
A: Unfortunately, title items doesn't allow to use Javascript in the sameway.
But you can do the following:
var tmenuitems = [
["<div onclick='your_code_here'>title text</div>"]
];
Q: Expandable javascript menu doesn't actually affect the plus/minus icon I have specified. Any ideas?
A: It is not correctly to add expand/collapse buttons into the iconfield, they won't work. You should add icons there.
To add expand/collapse buttons you should use the followingparameters:
var texpandBtn=["img/expandbtn.gif","img/expandbtn.gif","img/collapsebtn.gif"];
var texpandBtnW=14;
var texpandBtnH=14;
var texpandBtnAlign="left";
