Q: Javascript menu frame Borders are present Firefox but missing in IE7, IE8, Google Chrome, Safari.
Firefox shows the borders ok.
A: You've set the following parameters in this menu:

var menuBorderWidth=3;
var menuBorderStyle="";
You should specify style for your border, for example:
var menuBorderStyle="solid";
See the attached example. I cannot notice such issue on Safari forWin. Write what version you're using.
Change also
var fontStyle=["normal 8pt Verdana,normal 8pt Verdana","normal 8pt Verdana,normal 8pt Verdana"];
to

1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.
You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.
When you open Deluxe Tuner ( JavaScript Tree Menu ) you can click "File/New"and add items
and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.

You should also copy all engine files

into "deluxe-menu.files/" folder. You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index. html page.
Try that.Q: Do you plan to implement a fix in the cross browser drop down menu for the pointer - many of our users have complained that it is very un-intuitive - surely it must be possible to change the pointer to a hand if there is a link. I have tried putting <a> tags in to the menu labels, but it only changes to a hand if the actual label text is highlighted - it obviously should change whichever part of the box is highlighted? A: If you set the following parameter:
var itemCursor="pointer";
You'll have the mousepointer being a hand for all itemsin the menu.
Unfortunately, you can't change cursor type for different items.
But you can write so:

In all items with links you should use <a> tag.

Q: I did have a question. I cannot seem to figure out how to get the individual menu styles to be applied to any of my items for thenavigation bar through the Deluxe Tuner. I’ve looked through through your documentation, but I cannot find anything that explains to me how I do this in the Deluxe Tuner.
A: To create Individual styles click "Edit Individual Styles..." button.
1) In the "Individual Styles" window click "Add Style", enter the nameof the new style.
2) Edit parameters of your style
4) Click "OK" button.
5) Select items (you can use Ctrl and Shift buttons to select group ofitems) and assign "Item Style"/"Submenu Style" to it. (in the "Item Parameters" window)
