Q: Can I use just one data.js in one folder that all the pages with a dhtml popup menu point to?

A: If you don't want to create your menu on each page you can use aserver-side script
(php, asp, vb, etc.) to generate html pages fromtemplates on your server.

You can use cross frame menu.
It allows you to build full-featured menus on the pagesthat use frame-based structure.
And it's not necessary to insert any code into all the pages -just specify the additional
parameters of the menu and initialize it.

Q: I cannot see the shadow on the top items of the menu. Can you help me?


A: Now you have shadow the submenus only, if you want to have shadowfor the top items you should set the following parameters:

Q: We use IFrames and Frameset through out our program. Will Deluxe-Menu and Deluxe-Tabs work for us.
Will this work for us, using the layout below. Menu will be in frame3 and tabs in frame4. Should pop up in frame5.

A: JavaScript Tree Menu doesn't work with <IFrame> objects. It works with<frameset> objects only. All it can to do with <IFrame> is to loadpages into it.
You should use standard installation for the menu (cross-frame mode).

Q: Just wondering if it's possible to have the sub menu of my collapsible dhtml menu that appear when the "+" is clicked stay open when another page loads. I tried downloading the trial version & can't get that to happen.

Click on "web development" and then "web design portfolio" - when the new page loads the menu closes. Is it possible to have it remember which sub menus were showing when the new page loads?
