Q: Shall I have to call the main egine file of the javascript menu maker - dmenu.js twice if I want to install two menus on the page.
The second script:

Is for the top navigation menu, the datahscounseling is for the side menu. If I delete that line won't my top navigation be gone?
A: No, when you have several menus on the same page you should calldmenu.js file only once and then call several data files.
You should install the menus in the following way:

Both menu will work correctly in that case.

To select a group of items you can use Shift and Ctrl keys.
To rename an item click on it and hold a mouse cursor for a second. Or use item parameters window.
To move items select items you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method.
To copy items select those you want and use a mouse drag'n'drop method holding a Ctrl key.Also you can use a contextual menu - a right mouse click on the list of items.
Q: I am creating my website on Frontpage. When I put my drop down menu in the centre of the page, it will be in the explorer browsers in the centre of the page, but when I look at other browers it isn't in the centre but on theright. I cant fix the problem. I cant find it.
A: Try to set exact width for the menu in "px":

Q: I need a navigation bar dhtml where on the click of certain items, server side code on the page can be called and executed.
