Q: I am spending a lot more time and have figured a few things out. One more question please: How do I specify the target link I want a dhtml submenu to go to?

I see HREF specified in the code, but no where in the program to specify it.


A: See, the following parameter sets target for all items

  var itemTarget="_self";

If you want to set different target for each item you should set it inthe "Item Parameters" window. Choose your item in the main window andset target in the target field.

Q: If you look at my page in IE 7, the position of the submenus is too far over to the left from drop down menu. It is fine in Firefox.
Do you have any suggestions on this??

Q: How do I make the links in the transparent drop down menu NOT open up in a new window?

Q: I have built a menu which will sit in a frame on the left hand side of the page.
When sub menus are selected they display in the same frame.
How do I make them appear over the adjoining frame?


A: Please, check you dm_init function. You should write it so:
dm_initFrame("frmSet", 1, 2, 1);
