Q: I have some problems with Javascript/DHTML Tree.
I have set the var tlevelDX to 5 to decrease the indent for each level of items, but would like to decrease the indent even more. Ican't find the parameter that will set the indent in pixels of thefirst level item.
Also, is there a setting that will put text for a menu item on a second line?

A: You can make the smallest indent this way:
var tlevelDX = 0;
You are not able to have more little indent. This place is reservedfor + buttons.
Try to set this parameter:
var tnoWrap=0;
You can also use <br> tags in the item text, for example:
var tmenuItems = [
["line 1<br>line 2"],
];
Q: We do need the menuitem separation bars as most of the menuitems are quit lengthy, and there needs to be a separation bar to distinguish between them.
A: If you want to add separators between items you can paste a separatorbetween items or you can set item's border width in the following way:
var itemBorderWidth="0 0 1 0";
But you cannot enter this value in Deluxe Tuner you should set thisparameter manually.
You can also create style for the last item with border width = 0:
var itemStyles = [
["itemBorderWidth=0"],
];

You should set a separator in the menuItems, for example:

Q: I recently upgraded to the new version. Now I am having a problem with the javascript navigation width. I have the main menu set it 98% using the Deluxe Tuner but it only shows it on my web page at about 25%. I can’t seem to get it to change. I have opened the js file and it is showing 98% but still showing at 25% on web page. I am using a floatable horizontal menu with submenus. Can you think of anywhere else I need to check/check a width setting?
A: Check that you haven't set itemWidth parameter in your styles, for example:
var itemStyles = [
["itemWidth=150px"],
];
Q: My Submenu is faded too quickly if I pull the mouse away from the java drop down menu.
A: You can try to use JavaScript Tree Menu - this is a newer version of DHTMLMenu. You can use the following parameters there:
