Q: Do you have an extremely simple example of modifying a dynamic drop down menus with the JavaScript API? I've played with the example on the site, but I have trouble removing the other menus without breaking it.

I just want to use the API to change the icon on the menu items.

Q: I have used dhtml vertical menu on my site....when I open it in IE it works fine but in mozilla it shifts to right...wht can i do so tht it will be placed at same position in all browers


A: You can try to set exact width in "px":

Q: I'm looking to make a space between menu buttons in the drop down menu example,
I checked the FAQ which suggested using ["-"], between items but it didn't work.


A: To add a separator you should

Q: I can not figure out how to build tab drop down menus?

A: See in Deluxe Tabs there are two modes:

You can create only one level of tabs and assign Object Id's of the
DIV's to show when you click on the tab.

You can use Object ID as well as Link in both modes. Use the following prefixes within item's link field:
"object:" - means that there is object id after it;
"link:" - means that there is a link after it.
"javascript:" - means that there is a javascript code after it, for example:javascript:alert(\'Hello!\')
