Q: If i use windows tree menu and published on my web site it is default all menu and submenu are opened .
I want that all html tree menu is default closed if user click on main menu it will be opened submenu.
Please wich parameters i have to change.

A: See, if you open pages (with menus) from different folder it means that you open different menus. So, when you change a state, for example, of the first menu within "newzap/" folder and then open another page with the menu within "newzap/learn/", browsers looks for another cookie file and can't find it and the second menu stays in a default state.
Try to set different

var tsavePrefix="menu2";
var tsavePrefix="menu3";
for different menus.

Q: It seems that if I try and use the syntax ["| with some HTML such as <DIV class = 'myclass'> inside dropdown menu it IGNORES the HTML and just treats it like another link.
But if I don't start the line with ["| ..... Then I get a syntax error.

You should have <div> ... </div> tags in each dropdown menu item!
It is not correctly to write <div> ... </div> tags for wholesubmenu.
