I’m interested in buying your products.
I have no experience in programming, only know html/php.
How easy would it be to set up these mouseover menus?
I understand your explanation of copying scripts into the relevant html pages.
But what about inserting the menus? Do I have to program them myself?A: Unfortunately we don't have step by step tutorial now. We'll try tocreate it in the nearest time.
1. Create your menu in Deluxe Tuner application.
You can create any menu as you like in Deluxe Tuner.
You can use ready to use templates. You can find them in the templateswindow.
and add items and subitems using buttons "Add Item" and "Add Subitem" onthe main window.
You should set items and subitems parameters on the "Item Parameters"window.
See also other parameters for the menu on the main window.
More info about menu parameters you can find on our site
(you can alsouse local version of the site which you can find in the trial package
You can also use Individual Styles for items and subitems:
2. You should install the menu on your page.
You can click, for example, File/Export to HTML (you can't do it inthe MAC version).
Add several rows into your html page.
//data-deluxe-menu.js - data file created in Deluxe Tuner.
You should also copy all engine files:
into "deluxe-menu.files/" folder.
You should place this folder in thesame folder with your index. html page.
I recently started using a new software program on my home page and am running into an issue with your drop down menu in css working with this software.
Basically no matter what I change the DmZorder to drop down menu in css always shows up behind the dhtml windows that I am trying to use.
After working with their support team they have stated that they believe the problem exists within the menus and I am attaching a screenshot they sent me.
Can you please assist me in resolving this issue? A: Try to delete the following properties from #main style:
POSITION: absolute; TOP: 0px; LEFT: 0px;
See the attached example.
Set also units in "px":
It helps to display the drop down menu in css correctly in all browsers.
Does your product support image swapping? For instance, if I was building a menu such as the one on your site, how would I swap the "Home", "Product Info", etc images/gif's?
<a href="index.html"><img src="images/btn_home_up.gif" name="Image1" width="91" height="33" border="0" id="Image1" onmouseover="MM_swapImage('Image1','','images/btn_home_roll.gif',1)" onmouseout="MM_swapImgRestore()" /></a> A: You can use images for items using standard <img> tag.
var menuItems = [
["<img src='image1.gif' width=100 height=20 onmouseover='this.src=\"image2.gif\" onmouseout='this.src=\"image1.gif\"'>Text", link,]
var menuItems = [
["<img src='image.gif' onmouseover='changeImage(this, 1)' onmouseout='changeImage(this, 0)'>"]
I want to use a Flash icon with sound next to the menu items, is this possible? A: Yes, you can use a flash icon in the menu items.
See how you should install your flash icon:
var menuItems = [
["<object classid='clsid:D27CDB6E-AE6D-11cf-96B8-444553540000' codebase='http://download.macromedia.com/pub/shockwave/cabs/flash/swflash.cab#version=6,0,0,0' width='50' height='50'><param name='movie' value='data.files/bullet_orange.swf'><param name='quality' value='high'><embed src='data.files/bullet_orange.swf' quality='high' bgcolor='#FFFFFF' width='50' height='50' type='application/x-shockwave-flash' pluginspage='http://www.macromedia.com/shockwave/download/index.cgi?P1_Prod_Version=ShockwaveFlash'></embed></object>Home","testlink.html",""],
