A: For example you want to open a popup onMouseover, onClick or
onMouseout on a link.
So, you should create a link on your page and set id="" for it, forexample:

Q: A few of my users have reported issues with the menu like the one below. Where the drop down menu is just a white box with a little scroll bar in it. Can you please let me know how I might correct it or what is wrong? We are using version 2.4.
A: I've just checked your website. It works fine.
You can have such effect when the page entirely was not loaded yet. So, images were not loaded yet.
If you don't want to have such effect you can try not to use back images for the submenus.
Q: Does you tree menu javascript support right-to-left layout?
That is to say it opens the branches/submenus from the right to left.
A: Yes it is possible to create a menu for right-to-left languages with Javascript/DHTML Tree in the same way as in standard htmlcode.
Please, set <HTML dir="rtl">. You should set the following parameters:

In JavaScript Tree Menu you can set the following parameter:

Set this parameter to 1 if you're using right-to-left direction of html page <HTML dir=rtl>.
Q: We are using your menu in a website here under development:
There is a problem with mac browsers - safari and firefox. The flash stops and goes blank when the html menu dropsdown.
