My question is:
Can you have borders around the sub-menus only. If you can how is this done, if it is done in the individual styles can you walk me through that. I tried it there but for some reason it wasn’t working. I'm thinking I wasn’t selecting the correct item to edit.
A: You should create Individual style and assign it to the first item in each submenu.

Q: Suppose if I get the single user license, then I see I wont be able to see the javascript code. If I have to handle events like clicking a tab or hover over a tab, how do I do it for the tab menu javascript?
A: Actually there is no need to change our source code to handle these events.
Actually you can use your own Javascript code instead standard links and html code inside item text. For example:

Q: My name is Wayne Dekmar, I am a registered user. I have a question when using your javascript browser menu with Frames. In the Item Parameter box, Link, I would select the page that I want open. Target, would I select custom then add below : Target='main'. Is this correct? Can you give me an example of how to do this.
A: You can set target parameter for all items:
var itemTarget="main";
Where main - is the name of the frame where you want to open the link.
or for each item individually:
