Q: Great product and incredible user friendly interface to loadeverything up! I wasn't used to such a user friendly interface and was looking way to hard.
I did have one question though. When I open up Deluxe Tuner and click on the javascript slide down menu sample to the left (with the search box), I get the following message:
I click no, and the javascript slide down menu comes up, but no search box! Any idea why this is so?
A: There will be no search box in that template.
Actually you are able to paste any html code within items.

Q: We are using your deluxe menu on our live site, but I have a question about the initial setup of the menu.
I need to update the site and a create a new version where the JavaScript Tree Menu is painted, but not initially displayed until the user has been validated. We are runing the entire site from a single page with multiple iFrames. I have been using the code document.getElementById('dm0m0').style.visibility = "hidden"; to hide the menu during startup, but I would rather have the floating menu hidden initially and then displayed as the user is validated and gain access to the functionality.
So the question is: Is there a property in the data.js file - or any other file - where the menu can be hidden initially until needed?

A: If you want to use images instead item text, you should useindividual item styles. For example:

Please, use Deluxe Tuner application to create and assign individualstyles. You can find Deluxe Tuner in the trial package.
Q: Sorry to bother you again, but we've done everything suggested in your fix regarding flash obscuring the multiple drop down menu, but we're still having the same problem in Firefox.
We've - set the parameter in the data file to - var dmObjectsCheck=1;
We've added the following to the start of the data file -

We've embeded the flash as suggested to -

But still our multiple drop down menu sits behind the flash. Are we missing something else?
A: See it is necessary to have opaque parameters in <object> and <embed>tags to display submenus correctly in Firefox.
So, you should open .js file for your flash and find "embed" and"object" words.
And add opaque parameters, for example:
