Q: We are having a bit of trouble with your menu, when you go down into a sub menu, and then back to the item that called it, the sub menu expands.
For example, if i have this menu structure
File
New
Save
Exit
When i MouseOver New and then MouseOver File, the menu containing New, Save and Exit will grow. If i keep doing this then the menu will continue to expand horizontally.
I know its something we have done, since there doesn't seem to be a problem on your site, its just i don't know what it is
A: Rozi, we heard about such problems. I suppose that you see such effectin IE.
Please, try not to use shadow in the menu.
Please, set this parameter:
var shadowLen=0;

Try also write all units in "px", for example:

Q: We have been evaluating your menu control.
But we are not able to use PNGFix javascript which is used for transparent PNG image in our down navigation bar. Your menu is transparent but it goes one layes behind. It should come on top of all with transparecy.
Your reply could help us make a buying decision.
A: Unfortunately it is really so. PNGFix javascript won't work.
We'll try to add feature to use transparent PNG images in the next version of JavaScript Tree Menu.Q: I am trying to make the tab menu to work correctly and after extensive testing and I have come across a problem that I can seem to get resolved. I am using images for the tab menu with no text and <divs> to display information about each javascript new menu tab. However while the page loads I can see all the content from all the <div> javascript new menu tabs and when the page if fully loaded, the web page then displays the content correctly with all the content hidden until the correct tab is selected. Mind you this is the only thing on the webpage so there shouldn’t be any load time problems.
Please advice what is happen to resolve this issue.
A: Try to set display: none; property for the style of your DIV, forexample:

Q: I am using the tree menu script in a frameset, and I would like for the selected menu branch to stay highlighted after the user moves the mouse to another window(where the menu brings up a new page),just so the user knows where he/she is.
Is that possible?
A: But if you open links in the another frame (window) the initial frame with your menu isnot reloaded, so the clicked item will be highlighted.
You should set the following parameters:

You can also set the following parameter to save menu state:

var tsavePrefix="menu1";
If you install the menu without frames. On your pages you should call the following function/functions to expand/highlight items, for example:
