Q: I am trying to implement JavaScript Tree Menu 2.0 on a .aspx-page.
However the Norwegian characters are not showed correctly. (only in the menu)
What do I need to do?
It works fine with the old version of JavaScript Tree Menu in our normal asp-pages.
A: When you call data .js file you can try to specify the encoding:

or
<SCRIPT src="Dansk Aktionarforening11_files/data.js" charset="ISO-8859-1"> </SCRIPT>
Try that.
Q: I was wondering why when I add the code below the flash disappears in safari, but now works in Firefox, when the dropdown menu is rolled over? Can it work in both Safari and Firefox?

hides flash in Safari.
JavaScript Tree Menu can't drop down over an object correctly in Safari that iswhy the latter will be hidden for a time when the submenu is shown.
You can try to delete this code.
Q: We are using a licensed copy of Deluxe-Menu but in Internet Explorer 7.0 it displays an incorrect copyright message even though all parameters are included and the key is correct. Help! We cannot leave our web site up in this condition!
A: JavaScript Tree Menu v2.0 works fine in IE7.

Q: Is it possible to expand thetree menu javascript in a predefined way?
Lets say, Item 1 expanded, Item 2 not expanded, anyway, it should look like I select it in the ITEMS program window.
Now it is exanded completely or not, like I use the switch in the common parameters.
A: You can expand some items by default.
Add '+' sign before items text in that case:

Use var texpanded=1; parameter to expand all menu items by default.
