Q: I am having some difficulty dynamically adding items to a dhtml sliding menus.

A: See dtreet_ext_insertItem () function has the following parameters:

function dtreet_ext_insertItem (menuInd, parentItemID, itemInd, itemParams)

Creates a new item and inserts it into a specified position.
menuInd - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
parentItemID - ID property of an item.<, >= 0.
itemInd - index of a new item within the menu, >= 0.
itemParams - item parameters.

Notice that parentItemID is the Id property of the parent item
(notindex). If you want to add top items you should set parentItemID=0.

itemInd - you should use this parameter if you want to add item in the
specific place, for example set itemInd=5 if you want to add item
before the existing item with itemInd=5.
If you set itemInd=null the new item will be added at the end of this submenu and its index will be added automatically.

Q: I need the sub menu to be vertical with the text on top of each other instead of horizontal way as as I have now on my website.
I have tried to change the smWidth & smHeight in the Dimension category but it shows no changes.

A: Please, see menu parameters.
You should set this parameter:

var smOrientation=0;

Q: I have to find out, how the tree view navigation is NOT expanding in the beginning..

A: You should set the following parameter:

var texpanded=0;

Use + signs before items text to expand the some items:

Q: I just visited your site and found the scrollable menu.
I downloaded the trial version, but where to find the scrollable menu.
Going through the trail version and finding that it would satisfy all my requirement.
My requirement is as below
Category >> List of Continent > List of country > List of State > List of city.

In my case the list of country, state and city will be more so need a scroll over there.
Let me know is there any limitation in your menu.

A: If you have many items in submenu you should set the following parameter to make you submenu scrollable:

var smSmartScroll=1;
