Q: We currentlly have a menu that uses standard html hyperlinks to open a new window with _blank as the target. Unfortunately, the size of the window is controlled by the browser and we want to be able to control it. The only way that we know how to do that is to use the window.open client-side function and pass the window's dimensions. Here is a sample of the code that would do that:
window.open("url","_blank","height=1024,width=768,status=yes,toolbar=no,menubar=no,location=no");
How can we add the javascript code to the down menus css instead of a link? Do you have any samples?
A: You can use javascript code within menuItems, for example

Q: I am having a lot of trouble trying to get the menu to work properly. I want to make sure that I get it working before I make the licesning purchase.
The menu is to be CSS based but while I have the main menu somewhat in location, none of the settings are correct. Can you help?
A: See, the problem is that the script can't get css properties of the object if they are described in separate .css block (or file).
To get the value you should move .css style into style="POSITION: relative;" attribute.
Please, try to add your
css file -> inline css

Q: I have the mouseover menu working fine but want the chosen option to display in a tab under the menu.
A: Deluxe Tabs doesn't have API functions to set pressed item on-the-fly. You can set presseditem on the page loading only.
But you can use onClick event for the JavaScript Tree Menu items and call the following function toopen appropriate tab:

where
menuN - index of a menu on a page, >= 0.
itemN - index of a tab you want to show, >=0.

Q: I am sure this is a pretty minor thing…When one of my dhtml menu dropdown items is a link to a url, is there a setting to change the cursor to a hand versus the normal arrow? Basically, I want the links of the dhtml menu dropdown items to look like most other links on any webpage.
