Q: I used JavaScript Tree Menu and generated a beautiful drop down navigation menu for our school web page. however, I am using MS FrontPage and apparently it is blocking the content. Whenever I bring it into the program all I get is a text drop down navigation menu. What am I doing or not doing?
A: JavaScript Tree Menu wasn't developed as Dreamweaver/Frontpage extension,BUT you can use it as standard Javascript files. To install the drop down navigation menuinto your html page:
1. create and save .js file with your menu parameters in Deluxe Tuner
2. open the page in Frontpage
3. add several rows of code (<script> tags), For info see:

You should copy all engine files and images for the drop down navigation menu in "deluxe-menu.files/" folder and paste it in the same folder with you .html files.

dmenu_dyn.js
dmenu_key.js
dmenu_cf.js
dmenu_popup.js
dmenu_ajax.js
dmenu_search.js
That's all.
It is possible that you'll have errors in the preview but your drop down navigation menushould work fine in the browser.
Q: If I use windows tree menu and published on my web site it is default all javascript tree menu and submenu are opened. I want that all menu is default closed if user click on main menu it will be opened submenu. Please wich parameters I have to change.
A: You should set the following parameter:
var texpanded=0;
Check also that you don't have '+' sign before item's text in the top items, for example:

No problem with my pages... it is only with the java swing drop down menu because there are words that doesn't show the correct letters / characters I am encoding both in French and Spanish pages. My boss said, it looks like a virus..(lol..)
A: You should turn on "Tools/Use utf8 encode" property.In that case your data file will be saved in UTF-8 encode. So, youshould set UTF-8 encode on your page too

If you don't want to use UTF-8 encode on your page you should turn off"Tools/Use utf8 encode" property, save your data file and manuallychange your letters in any text editor.
You can also replace your letters with special sets, for example
É - Capital E, acute accent

Q: I am trying to figure out how to specify the css for the top css dropdown menu.
I saw this in some of the example code, but there was nothing similar in Deluxe Tuner

The following code is Individual Styles. You can edit them in DeluxeTuner.
Open your data file, click "Edit Individual Styles..." button on themain window. And create individual item style and individual submenustyle. Then you should assign these styles to your items.
