Unfortunately, JavaScript Tree Menu can work within 1 frameset only. It can't work within nested framesets.
Notice that you should add dmenu_cf.js file in the folder where your menu is created in.
Q: I am trying to make the tabs all the same width and would like to know how to do that. Therefore "Personal", "Account Summary", "Tax Exemptions", "Password", "Invoices", "Quotes", "VOIP" - I need them to all be the EXACT SAME width.
A: See, I've created Individual style

You can use this style for all items in the same way.
You should set the width of your Tabs

and width for each Tab

And assign this style for all items.
Q: I am Registered user.
My question is:
Can you have borders around the sub-menus only. If you can how is this done, if it is done in the individual styles can you walk me through that. I tried it there but for some reason it wasn’t working. I'm thinking I wasn’t selecting the correct item to edit.
A: You should create Individual style and assign it to the first item in each submenu.

Q: I have found (was it like this before??) that if I right-mouse-click over a menuitem then I do not see any option to open the URL in new window....
I do not get any options at all to open the URL in new window (or same window), in the browser context menu (both IE and Firefox).
A: No, JavaScript Tree Menu doesn't have such a feature. This is only text, not alink. And we won't change it. Because now you're able to paste anyhtml code within menu item.
