A: I suppose that you're using Windows 2000.
We have some problems with Tuner on this OS.

Unfortunately we didn't fix the issue with Windows 2000 yet.

Try to delete all content from toolbar.html file.

A: You should paste javascript code into item's link field of the floating menu,for example:

Q: I have to find out, how the javascript tree control is NOT expanding in the beginning..

A: You should set the following parameter:

var texpanded=0;

Use + signs before items text to expand some items:
