Q: My problem is that the easy dropdown menu, as opposed to being in a fixed position

A: You should set the following parameter to disable the floating feature:

var floatable=0;

Q: Do you by chance have the dhtml menu samples working with XML?

A: Unfortunately we don't have working example.

You may generate a menu from a database or XML using any server-side script, e.g., PHP, ASP, VB, etc.However, these scripts don't work inside of Javascript .js files, so,you should move parameters of a menu from a .js file into an html-page, e.g.:

Q: I've just updated my menu from 2.4 to 3.2. All is fine except two of my java script pop up menu (vertical) appear on the left instead of the right, all the others pop out to the right as before. I've tried saving it as a completely different file name, same problem, both within a browser and within your preview pane.

Any help would be much appreciated, I'm at a loss.

I don't know what's happenning I followed the instructions that you describe in your installation process. I'm using the menu in a jsp page.

A: Now on your page you have only search engine friendly code for JavaScript Tree Menu. You do not have menu.

You should paste also such lines, for example:

and

<script type="text/javascript" src="deluxe-menu.files/data.js"></script>

Where data.js is the file with your menu. You can create such file using Deluxe Tuner.

You should upload this files on your server in the correct place.
