Q: We use your deluxe menu app. We are trying to configure menu windows to a certain width. But when we configure it to a certain number of characters, the app cuts words. Is there any way to configure it, so that doesn't happens and puts that word in the lower line in the menu en javascript item?
A: Try to use the following parameter:
var noWrap=0;
You can also use standard <br> tags within menu en javascript item's text.

Q: We purchased your software and would like a way to give our users the ability to right click (or equivalent) and open a link in to a new window.

As an example, I have a menu item that goes to http://www.google.com. Typically, it loads this in to one of our frames. However, I would like the end user to have the ability to either load it in to one of our existing frames or to load it in its own window.

Q: A question: How do I make it show all the drop down dhtml menu items rather than having them pop up?

A: You cannot expand items by default in JavaScript Tree Menu. You should hoverover menu to open submenus.
You can do it using Javascript/DHTML Tree.
To expand specific items in Javascript/DHTML Tree you should add + sign beforeitem's text or set the following parameter to expand all drop down dhtml items bydefault:
var texpanded = 1;
Q: The button menu is on the top of the screen but it has lines through each of the menus just after the words and before the arrow on each of them.
I have stretched the menu out tocover the whole of the top of the page but i need to get these lines out of the menu.

When items text is too long you can have such effect.
You can try to use combined background for your items, for example:

But you should create a small images in any Graph Editor, for example:
